I am so looking forward to my first appointment next week. I’ve heard so many great things about Dr Morgan and her knowledge of MM in different conditions. The staff was very informative and understanding over the phone in answering all my questions. I will look forward to an update after my first visit! I considered pursuing this option in Vermont when I lived there but honestly the procedure was very expensive and painfully time consuming I decided to wait until I moved to Florida. See you soon!

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Morgan and I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised! I was extremely anxious going in, not knowing what to expect, but Dr. Morgan and her staff were nothing but professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about Florida’s Medical ID Cards.
The Dr. will determine if you have a qualifying condition. If you have a qualifying condition, you will then be in the Florida Medical Card Registry.
The Dr. will enter a 60-day supply of your prescription on your first visit. We will automatically re-fill your prescription 2 times before your next visit. Please call us if you have questions.
You will submit your application along with a $75 money order, passport photo and proof of residency to the State. You will receive an e-mail from the State saying that you are approved (4-6 weeks) this will serve as your temporary ID Card. You will receive your physical medicinal card in the mail within 2 weeks of the e-mail. You can use your temporary card to order products from the dispensary.
It is required by the State of Florida to renew your ID Card at least 45 days before the expiration date on your ID Card every year. Do not renew your card before 60 days of the expiration date on your card; The State Registry will consider it a duplicate and reject the application and assess a $35 fee when re-submitting your paperwork. The renewal fee is $75.
